How it all works
We handle the complicated procedures with the USA government and the airlines. Because we do the hard part, the actual tasks for the breeder and the buyer are quite simple.
The breeders ship the animals to us on the Monday prior to the export. We receive the animals on Tuesday, rehydrate and feed as needed. If a health certification is required then this is done on Tuesday. The actual export is performed on Wednesday. The animals fly and arrive at the destination airport on Thursday or Friday local time as previously arranged. Of course, the buyer must be prepared to handle the importation into their country.
With VERY few exceptions we do all of the exports on Wednesdays. We can never export on weekends.
Airfreight quotes are given at the beginning of the order process so the buyer can make appropriate arrangements. Breeders and buyers can finish the negotiation of the purchase. Payments are made and the final flight schedule is booked.
We can almost always get the entire process finished in 7-10 days. We can always be done on the Wednesday following payment.
We accept payment only by incoming bank wire transfer or credit cards.
